A semniar on recycling,reducing and reusing was conducted by the IQAC Cell on the 28th April 2018 at 11 am.  The speaker for the event was Ms Neha Mundra basically a Computer Engineer from Vivekanand College. Working as an Environmentalist since 19 years of age (2nd year of engineering). Have been involved with RUR Greenlife as a Sustainable Programs Manager. Majorly involved into waste management, reducing the waste going to landfills, and organic gardening. Volunteering in a lot of Green organisations in an around Mumbai and Nagpur.

The seminar was organised for the teaching and the non teaching staff of the college. The seminar was to initiate a practice of carrying out recycling within the college campus.
